Leadership is both a privilege and a burden. With increased seniority comes greater scrutiny, critique, and judgement. It can be lonely navigating tensions and trade-offs; impossible to meet everyone´s expectations.
Over the past 20+ years, I have coached hundreds of leaders to develop the resilience, courage, and emotional regulation to be less reactive under pressure and maintain meaningful relationships under stress. Less likely to be buffered by external forces/events/people, leaders build their confidence to take principled actions and decisions.
My coaching does not focus on tools or techniques but aims to foster leadership longevity by exploring the unconscious internal forces driving behaviour. The aim of the coaching is to create the space and awareness to shift from habitual responses to ‘response-ability’.
I have engaged Natalie’s support on 3 separate occasions over the past 8 years as I have journeyed further into understanding myself and how I process information, relationships, and situations in a dynamic and changing world and workplace.
